About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support safe, effective performance for MineStar Fleet and Command for Hauling customers.
- Lead and deliver Site Assessments, continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, and performance tool implementations.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Caterpillar teams, dealers, and mining customers.
- Advise customers on operational best practices and CI opportunities to unlock higher performance.
- Maintain and update operational documentation to reflect best practices and performance insights.
- Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and support teams to enhance technology offerings.
- Support both contractual and non-contractual customer performance commitments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, or IT
- Prior working experience in conventional or autonomous surface mining operations
- Experience with mining technology systems or heavy mining equipment
- Fluency in English considered an asset
