About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications and services.
Build responsive user experiences using React, Next.js, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
Develop backend APIs and services using Java Spring Boot, Node.js, or equivalent technologies.
Participate in technical design discussions and solution architecture reviews.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, QA Engineers, Architects, and other software engineers.
Utilize AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Copilot CLI to accelerate software delivery.
Contribute to automated testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
Continuously improve engineering practices, developer productivity, and software quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent working experience
5+ years of software development experience.
Experience building and supporting production software applications.
Strong experience with modern software development practices and Agile methodologies.
Experience working with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
Full Stack Development Experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend architectures.
Experience with Java Spring Boot, Node.js, REST services, and API design.
Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Vercel.
Understanding of distributed systems, performance optimization, and modern application architecture.
Demonstrated experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, GitHub Copilot CLI, Claude ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor.
Experience using AI tools to: Generate and refactor code, Create automated tests, Troubleshoot defects, Produce technical documentation, Accelerate technical research and solution design.
Ability to evaluate and validate AI-generated solutions while maintaining high standards for quality, security, and maintainability.
