Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Materials Science from an accredited institution
Extensive product design experience
Manages high-risk, multi-stakeholder projects
Extensive experience resolving complex technical challenges
Oversees comprehensive requirements gathering
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
Experience in an indirect leadership role such as Supervisor/Manager, Team Lead, or Black Belt
Communicates complex concepts clearly
Resolves high-impact technical issues using advanced diagnostics
Applies or has ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of Caterpillar’s product groups
