About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, monitoring, and delivery
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and status reporting
Facilitate project governance routines, including status meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder reviews
Manage project risks, dependencies, assumptions, and issues, proactively driving mitigation plans
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of project activities
Track project performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets
Support change requests, scope adjustments, and project prioritization decisions
Ensure effective communication across project teams and stakeholders through regular reporting and updates
Collaborate with PMO, business leaders, IT teams, and external suppliers when applicable
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance requirements
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying lessons learned and recommending process enhancements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Project Delivery Experience- Proven experience managing medium-sized projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints
Project Management Methodologies- Strong understanding of project management frameworks, including Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, or similar delivery approaches
Stakeholder Management- Experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to achieve project objectives
Planning & Coordination- Ability to develop detailed project plans, manage dependencies, coordinate resources, and track project execution
Risk & Issue Management- Experience identifying, assessing, and resolving project risks, issues, and roadblocks
Reporting & Governance- Strong experience preparing project status reports, dashboards, and executive communications
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills- Ability to analyze information, identify challenges, and develop practical solutions in a fast-paced environment
Communication Skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
