Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in an accredited Engineering program
- Proven ability to provide technical leadership
- Experience mentoring engineers
- Strong understanding of End-to-End Built-In Quality (E2E BIQ) processes
- Experience collaborating with manufacturers or suppliers to optimize designs
- Demonstrated experience in executing Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
- Ability to engage subject matter experts for technical issue resolution
- Experience with project management in cross-functional initiatives
