Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide platform stability and production support for cloud-based services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction
  • Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques
  • Strong understanding of monitoring, alerting, runbooks
  • Knowledge of business intelligence
  • Experience supporting multi-region cloud services
  • Knowledge of how to collect data from different information sources
  • Hands-on experience with Azure monitoring tools
  • Solid SQL/data investigation skills
  • Experience supporting production-grade customer-facing platforms
  • Strong experience managing incidents end-to-end using ServiceNow
