About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supports go-to-market initiatives, and sales execution as a subject matter expert of assigned portfolio of products and services
  • Provides SME guidance to field & dealer eCommerce teams for assigned territory and acts as a conduit for customer and dealer feedback to product team
  • Providing product application expertise by delivering various types of product training including applied technology, job efficiency, and system configurations to customers, company, and dealers' sales personnel.
  • Conduct product performance studies, assess customer job sites efficiency, collecting product and customer requirements in order to capitalize opportunities for incremental sales to create business case for product improvement process and new product introduction program.
  • Collaborating with various internal teams to get alignment on timelines, escalation of product issues, prioritize enhancements, and understand marketing goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience improving customer experience on eCommerce platforms
  • Experience increasing Year-over-Year (YoY) customer conversions
  • Experience working with Caterpillar dealers & business partners and resources identifying the needs of customers
  • Direct experience gathering Voice of Customer (VoC) or Voice of Dealer (VoD)
  • Experience supporting the business on eCommerce bugs, process flows, and overall UX
