Key responsibilities & impact

Identify customer technical requirements, pain points, and use cases, providing solutions tailored to their business needs.
Build relationships with technical stakeholders within customer organizations.
Develop switchgear and control business in partnership with the Caterpillar dealer network.
Create quotes in collaboration with switchgear engineers and project management teams.
Share customer feedback with internal product and engineering teams to aid in product development.
