About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical leadership on power system design and architecture, including AC and emerging DC solutions.
Serve as the primary technical interface to the customer, owning and coordinating all technical communications.
Evaluate next-generation designs such as high-voltage DC rack systems and generator-forward architecture.
Act as first point of contact to customer as a trusted technical advisor.
Coordinate across engineering, product, regulatory, and commercial teams.
Guide emissions and regulatory compliance teams.
Review customer specifications and proposals to provide feedback.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10 + years experience in Power and Energy, preferably Electric Power.
Previous customer and dealer interaction and product group experience
Demonstrated ability to lead customer-facing technical sales activities
Deep product and industry expertise in electric power generation in data center applications
Familiarity with various Caterpillar systems (TMI, EOMP/ISA, CSQ, EDDC and other technical, drawing and operations systems).
