Key responsibilities & impact

Provide first-line support and coordinate service activities for marine engines
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems to identify root causes of failures
Diagnose and troubleshoot engine electrical and electronic control systems
Perform applied failure analysis on failed components and assemblies
Accurately document findings, repairs, and corrective actions
Operate precision measuring instruments to verify component condition

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of industry experience
Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction
Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes
Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques
Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving problems
Ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations
