About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manages customers' relationships to market company products and services and assists in the development of sales capability.
- Develop and maintain effective internal partner relationships and relationships with regional customers so that sales objectives can be achieved.
- Establish relationships with business decision makers and identify business needs and problems.
- Work with senior management to develop and implement market strategies for customers as well as securing commitment of SPM Oil & Gas resources to assure continued customer satisfaction.
- Consult with various departments within SPM Oil & Gas regarding the direction and strategies that key industry leaders will be adopting in the future.
- Travel in the field to monitor and resolve issues regarding customer satisfaction and future product needs.
- Take steps necessary to assure product health in order to maintain and enhance PINS growth.
- Ensure that regional decision makers have been fully exposed to the features/ benefits available from SPM Oil & Gas products.
- Communicate effectively across product, industry, and/or customer audiences to gain understanding and acceptance of ideas and recommendations.
- Work with people from many different backgrounds and cultures, internally and externally, with the appropriate influence and ability to resolve differences.
- Make regular visits to customer and job locations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven ability to execute sales strategies that drive growth, profitability, and customer engagement.
- Background in Oil and Gas Services, Iron Management, or related fields
- Demonstrated success in strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships and deliver a positive customer experience.
