About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end‑to‑end design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations
- Define and own the end‑to‑end architecture for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across Finance, Supply Chain, Retail & Commerce and Project Operations
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high‑performing ERP solutions that align with organizational goals
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other engineers on technical strategy and ensure alignment with business goals and product roadmap
- Lead X++ development, extensions, and upgrade‑safe customizations
- Oversee configuration, customization, and extensions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15–17+ years of demonstrated work experience in ERP technologies
- 10+ years in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
- Proven track record as Technical Lead / Solution Architect in 10+ full cycle F&O implementations
- Experience with Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies, PI planning, and DevOps practices
- MB 700: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect Expert (Preferred)
- MB 500: Finance & Operations Apps Developer (Preferred)
- PL 600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect (Preferred)
