About the role
- Provide Financial Planning & Analysis and facility reporting for two U.S. operations facilities
- Report on financial performance for the facility and impacted product groups
- Utilize digital reporting tools to provide insights
- Coordinate all forecasting and analysis activities
- Identify and implement process and efficiency improvements
- Provide insights for facility leadership teams to assist in management of operations
- Gain exposure to multiple product groups and functional teams within EMD
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail
- Effective Communications
- Financial Analysis knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical Thinking
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with Axiom
- Experience with PowerBI
- Strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and interpersonal skills
- Initiative, good judgement and accountability
- Ability to resolve issues independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
