About the role

  • Serve as Human Resources Business Partner and process owner for implementation of Corporate HR processes for PSLD (compensation and benefits planning including CEO awards and advanced compensation planning, Workday reporting, performance management, people scorecard)
  • Develop, implement, and communicate policies and procedures within the corporate framework to PSLD leaders and employees
  • Act as division voice and collaborate with corporate compliance, total rewards, office of business practices, and other process partners
  • Consult with and build rapport with leaders including PSLD senior leadership; influence and coach team members and leaders
  • Collaborate with management as a strategic advisor to identify and prioritize HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals
  • Understand businesses supported including customers, suppliers, opportunities, challenges and short- and long-term goals
  • Help Director of Human Resources and Senior HR Manager create and implement people strategy using data from Workday and Employee Insights
  • Own PSLD people scorecard and people analytics; lead strategic workforce planning
  • Lead and participate on special projects and programs; support HR Managers on people-related matters
  • Drive continuous improvement and workforce planning using lean principles
  • Present meaningful data analysis and tell a story through metrics to leadership teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in statistics, human resources, analytics, finance, market research, economics, mathematics, or a similar field with quantitative course work or related experience
  • Must have willingness to learn and use Power BI
  • Must have demonstrated experience of translating analysis to insights
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and leveraging data and insights to make recommendations and influence others
  • Highly organized with careful attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to communicate effectively at both a tactical and strategic level with business partners
  • Outstanding judgment and creative problem-solving skills
  • Business Acumen and knowledge of organization structure and values
  • Decision making and critical thinking skills
  • Influencing skills across levels including senior leadership
  • Knowledge of human resources policies, standards and procedures
  • Previous HR Experience preferred
  • Sponsorship will not be offered
  • Minimal travel up to 5%
