About the role
- Lead and motivate a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion
- Provide expert technical guidance on AI, ML, and GenAI technologies and methodologies
- Ensure the quality and performance of developed applications through rigorous testing and validation
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and present project updates
- Promote continuous learning and improvement within the team, staying abreast of industry trends
- Oversee all aspects of the development process to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions aligned with business objectives
- Develop advanced applications utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI (GenAI)
- Operationalize and scale GenAI COE services to drive efficiencies and business value
Requirements
- Bachelor’s OR Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading people from application development with a focus on AI, ML, and/or GenAI application development
- Strong knowledge of AI, ML, and GenAI technologies, frameworks, and tools
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- This position requires the employee to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office
- This position may require 10% travel
