Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and support end-to-end logistics projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation evaluation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, efficiency, and service performance.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external logistics providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor vendor performance using KPIs and drive accountability for service level agreements (SLAs).
Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities with internal teams and partners.
Act as a key liaison to ensure effective communication and issue resolution across teams.
Analyze logistics and operational data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, Power Apps) to track performance.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis efforts with data-driven insights.
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions to improve service levels and reliability.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Operations Management
Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and data visualization tools
Familiarity with WMS, transportation systems, or logistics platforms
Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.)
Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)
