About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver high-quality UX/UI design solutions
Utilize emerging tools and workflows to support product and engineering partnerships
Participate in design workshops and vision work for cross-functional teams.
Craft foundational experience artifacts such as data informed journey maps, personas and heuristic reviews.
Participate in design reviews and critiques to evolve and validate that proposed design solutions align with vision, requirements, existing architecture and established design systems.
Track QA builds to identify and flag fidelity risks early, partnering with engineering to resolve issues.
Monitor post‑launch evaluation metrics and support continuous improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Creativity
Knowledge of creative approaches and techniques for designing innovative eComm experiences.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking Ability
Human-Centered Design (HCD) Ability
UX/UI Design Ability
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design or related field
Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices
Familiarity with data-informed design methodologies
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
Must be fluent in English.
