Developing, advancing, and communicating technology strategies to support optimized customer worksites
Collaborating with internal partners including commercial and engineering teams
Driving organizational alignment and priorities in a dynamic environment
Communicating product vision to a diverse organization
Working with teams to understand product needs and define technology solutions
Collaborating with product partners to align technology needs with product roadmaps
Defining multi-generational product plans to align with customer needs
Leading project initiation by defining program scope, schedule, cost, and requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field
Construction Industry Experience
Familiarity with Engineering Processes
Proven experience leading and communicating across matrixed teams
Experience with Autonomy & Automation preferred
Technical Knowledge of Engineering concepts and challenged preferred
Ability to innovate across Commercial and Engineering teams preferred
