About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

负责无人驾驶矿卡系统在测试场的测试、验证与问题闭环,覆盖单车测试、编组测试、系统联调及常态化运行验证。
验证无人驾驶系统在装载(Loading)–运输(Hauling)–卸载(Dumping)–加油(Fueling)–停车(Parking)等完整作业流程中的表现。
基于矿山实际工况设计测试场景。
执行单车测试、多车协同与混行测试,评估系统稳定性和效率。
收集并分析测试数据、日志和现场问题。
参与建立无人驾驶矿卡测试流程、测试规范和测试用例库。
支持无人驾驶矿卡在矿区的日常测试与试运行。

Requirements

What you’ll need

本科及以上学历,车辆工程、自动化、机械、电子或计算机相关专业。
3 年及以上整车测试、无人驾驶测试或工程车辆测试经验。
熟悉无人驾驶系统基本架构(感知 / 定位 / 规划 / 控制)。
具备良好的现场问题分析与系统级思维能力。
能适应测试场以及矿用现场环境。
有无人驾驶矿卡、宽体车或工程机械测试经验。(加分项)
有矿山、工地等封闭场景自动驾驶测试经验。(加分项)
