About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Bridge technical expertise with sales strategy; leading a team of sales engineers to deliver customized solutions for complex gas projects.
- Partner with sales leadership to act as key sponsor in high-stakes, technical deals and provide escalation support.
- Define and implement a global technical support operating model – allowing for specific regional needs.
- Team leadership and talent management - train & mentor global sales engineers to provide technical support for gas projects balance of plant.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior leadership experience – hiring, training, and building a team
- Technical sales or equivalent experience
- Demonstration of strong strategic thinking and problem-solving
- Ability to collaborate across multiple functions
