About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify customer technical requirements, pain points, and use cases, providing solutions tailored to their business needs
  • Build relationships with technical stakeholders within customer organizations to ensure long-term satisfaction and adoption
  • Assist in writing and reviewing the technical portions of proposals and Requests for Proposal (RFP’s)
  • Share customer feedback with internal product and engineering teams to aid in product development

  • Extensive Experience in facilitating creation of the 'right' products and services to resolve customer business issues

  • Anticipates customer needs, focusing efforts to proactively meet needs and exceed customer expectations
  • Measures and observes customer satisfaction levels to ascertain and implement service improvement alternatives
  • Communicates and models the criticality of customer focus as an organizational strategy
  • Knowledge of the organization's industry group, trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters
  • Current working knowledge of the regulatory environment for industry segment
  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking expertise
  • Effective communications skills with ability to adapt documents and presentations for the intended audience
  • Relationship Management techniques to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers
  • Extensive Experience in applying value selling principles and practices
