About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify customer technical requirements, pain points, and use cases, providing solutions tailored to their business needs
- Build relationships with technical stakeholders within customer organizations to ensure long-term satisfaction and adoption
- Assist in writing and reviewing the technical portions of proposals and Requests for Proposal (RFP’s)
- Share customer feedback with internal product and engineering teams to aid in product development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions
- Extensive Experience in facilitating creation of the 'right' products and services to resolve customer business issues
- Ability to foster strong customer relationships via delivery on commitments, open communication, and on-going feedback/improvement
- Advises others on creating customer focused environments in various scenarios
- Anticipates customer needs, focusing efforts to proactively meet needs and exceed customer expectations
- Measures and observes customer satisfaction levels to ascertain and implement service improvement alternatives
- Communicates and models the criticality of customer focus as an organizational strategy
- Knowledge of the organization's industry group, trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters
- Current working knowledge of the regulatory environment for industry segment
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking expertise
- Effective communications skills with ability to adapt documents and presentations for the intended audience
- Relationship Management techniques to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers
- Extensive Experience in applying value selling principles and practices
