About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implements and continuously improves all logistics processes to maximize efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
Establish, maintain, and enforce internal logistics process engineering standards
Analyze logistics workflows and material flow processes
Lead material flow and consolidation planning
Support and execute capital purchases required to implement approved logistics solutions
Own and execute Plan for Every Part (PFEP)
Develop and manage returnable packaging programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree or equivalent experience desired
Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques
Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
Applies an assigned technique for critical thinking in a decision-making process
Ability to plan and organize both time and resources
Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques
