About the role

  • Lead the global DIFOT program end-to-end, including strategy, process development, customer deployment, and performance governance.

  • Design and govern a multi-workstream strategic plan (short-, mid-, and long-term) with clear accountability, ownership, and execution rigor across the value chain.
  • Develop and own DIFOT processes, data, and reporting platforms, and ensure alignment with related parts availability measurements and reporting such as On Time In Full (OTIF), Territorial Dealer Availability (TDA).
  • Drive governance and visibility of DIFOT performance, recognizing DIFOT as a critical input to Physical Availability (PA) and the RISST PA Scorecard, reviewed weekly by executive leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally across Caterpillar divisions, supply chain, product support & logistics, digital, analytics, and commercial teams to bring this new strategy to life globally.
  • Support value chain strategy development and KPI governance through data analytics and digital solutions.

  • Ability to lead complex, global programs with clear governance, accountability, and KPI ownership.
