About the role
- Overseeing project processes and procedures; monitoring the productivity and performance of project team.
- Managing all aspects of projects.
- Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of project.
- Ensuring adherence to project schedules and completion of project goals.
- Preparing reports for the team on project status or potential issues.
- Managing vendors/suppliers engagement.
Requirements
- Experience supporting large-scale tradeshows and industry events
- Experience planning and executing hospitality events to promote products and solutions in B2B environments
- Strong understanding of event-based product promotion and customer engagement
- Familiarity with Caterpillar customer industries (e.g., construction, mining, energy, transportation) is a plus
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and agencies to deliver seamless event experiences
