Create, analyze, and validate business requirements that accurately capture dealer and internal stakeholder needs across the Aftermarket Leads ecosystem.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment with development, data, and Salesforce platform teams.
Define acceptance criteria and develop test cases, coordinating user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality delivery of PSE-related digital capabilities.
Collaborate across the Sales, Marketing, and Prime Salesforce communities and manage integrations between Caterpillar’s Salesforce systems and Cat Dealer CRM environments.
Support end-to-end requirements, including dependency mapping, impact assessment, documentation, and obtaining timely business partner sign-off.
Coordinate with product development engineers to track, communicate, and resolve design, development, support, and maintenance issues across the Aftermarket Leads product suite.

Requirements

Software Change Request Management: Knowledge of software change request management; ability to manage software product change requests from customers, prospective customers, vendors, and internal staff.
Software Problem Management: Knowledge of strategies, practices and tools for resolving software problems; ability to manage software problems in installed software products.
Software Product Business Knowledge: Knowledge of and experience with the business aspects and operation of a software product; ability to manage install base, current uses, future, and product vision.
Considerations For Top Candidates: Knowledge of the Aftermarket Sales Community tool or Dealer CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms.
Solid understanding of Caterpillar policies, standards, procedures, and organizational structure.
Hands-on experience with cloud-based CRMs such as Salesforce or Microsoft Azure solutions.
Technical skills with SQL and Python for data analysis, automation, or system integration support.
Agile methodology experience: Agile certifications preferred (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
Experience managing data integrations and pipelines using Snowflake, Heroku, and ETL tools.
Demonstrated ability to create, manage, and consistently meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Strong sense of accountability supported by excellent teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working effectively within onshore/offshore delivery models.
Ability to quickly understand business processes and interpret the downstream impact of changes on data flows and datasets.
