About the role
- Coordinate the flow of GA4 data into the broader marketing ecosystem, including audience synchronization, automated journey triggering, and enriching behavioral analysis tools and customer feedback platforms.
- Lead the deployment of GA4 integrations with enterprise platforms, ensuring data is mapped correctly to support high-value marketing activities like real-time personalization and cross-channel attribution.
- Create training materials, playbooks, and integration guides that help marketing teams move from legacy to modern, integrated workflows.
- Act as the "Voice of the Product" by providing transparent updates on integration progress and sharing "success stories" that demonstrate the business value of synchronized data.
- Work with the data quality team to enforce data standards and coordinate to ensure all integrations follow established governance and quality requirements.
- Manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process to verify that integrations are accurate, actionable, and ready for marketing use before launch.
- Conduct high-level training and presentations to educate partners on the strategic advantage of Google Analytics data, creating a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Strong academic foundation in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred for strategic, mid‑career impact
- Proven experience in Digital Product Management, with a clear emphasis on solving business problems and driving user adoption over technical implementation
- Deep expertise in MarTech integration, including orchestrating data flows across platforms to enable omnichannel activation and personalized customer experiences
- Ability to serve as a bridge between technical and marketing teams, translating complex integration work into clear, value‑driven outcomes for stakeholders and executives
- Demonstrated success measuring impact through adoption and business results, not just delivery—ensuring marketing users actively leverage integrated data
- Strong change management leadership, applying structured frameworks to guide teams through technical transitions and maximize tool proficiency
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) and solid understanding of Agile product practices and data governance, ensuring integrations are scalable, governed, and aligned with enterprise standards
- Experience coordinating distributed teams, effectively managing both onshore and offshore resources in high-change, fast-paced environments
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) to support data-driven storytelling and reporting.
- In-depth familiarity with Caterpillar’s organizational structure, policies, and digital standards is highly preferred.
