Coordinate the planning, implementation, and rollout of new AI solutions (e.g., chatbots, NLP/NLU tools, predictive analytics, automation platforms).
Use AI to enhance customer experience (UX), reduce churn, and increase cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
Promote responsible, transparent, and sustainable use of AI in marketing.
Partner with legal, compliance, and ethics experts to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.

Requirements

Strong judgment, structured thinking, and long-term strategic vision.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team-leading abilities.
Knowledge of AI and data technologies: machine learning, deep learning, NLP/NLU, IoT, data science, automation tools, and analytics platforms.
