Support day-to-day project activities, including creating project plans, tracking schedules and deliverables under the direction of senior project managers.
Assist in developing contingency plans for potential risks.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure service expectations and quality standards are met.
Monitor project progress and escalate significant deviations to senior leadership.
Contribute to project documentation and reporting.
Contribute to the preparation and distribution of project documentation and reports.

Requirements

A college or university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, or a closely related discipline or equivalent experience preferred
5+ years of experience supporting engineering, technical, or digital project teams (Agile environment preferred).
Familiarity with Caterpillar New Product Introduction (NPI / dNPI) processes and tools.
Proficiency in Power BI and Excel to build dashboards and reporting
Experience using MS Copilot across M365 apps to assist with automating processes
Experience with project management concepts, including scheduling, planning, and reporting.
Familiarity with software development tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Aha!, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse teams across a matrixed organization.
PMP or Scrum Master certification is desirable but not required.
