Oversee the planning, organization and implementation of multiple and complex digital projects
Manage all aspects of a project to ensure implementation, acceptance, and completion within a set deadline
Plan and monitor project development to ensure quality standards are achieved
Drive project cadence and delivery, ensuring milestones and dependencies stay on track
Model exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement, providing clear updates, decisions, and alignment across cross-functional teams
Drive team accountability, reinforcing commitments, removing blockers, and maintaining focus on outcomes
Maintain high organizational discipline, managing backlogs, schedules, risks, and documentation in alignment with PMO standards
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, building strong relationships across business, technical, and partner teams
Design, implement, and reinforce delivery processes and standards that improve efficiency, strengthen predictability, and ensure consistent alignment with Application PMO practices

Requirements

Extensive experience in the policies and techniques to manage a set of related projects within a program
Extensive experience in project management
Extensive experience in decision-making process and tools
Extensive experience in change control processes
Extensive experience in problem management processes
Extensive program management leadership experience working with software engineering teams in an agile environment (typically 8+ years)
Experience leading and coaching Project Managers (typically 3+ years)
Experience delivering complex cross-functional digital projects in matrixed organizations
Proven experience with project management concepts including project charters, scheduling and planning projects
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Confluence, Power BI, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools
Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others.
