- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers at all levels.
- Demonstrate ERP, ETL, Database, Artificial Intelligence and Project Management skills required to collect, compile, assimilate, communicate, and maintain information as required.
- Assess and recommend solutions.
- Maintain the highest level of ethical and professional standards within this diverse global organization.
- Help customers with configuration, deployment, testing, communication, change management, Artificial Intelligence, supplier enablement, catalog support, master data collection, training, troubleshooting, grief resolution, and hyper care-related activities.
Requirements
- 4-year college degree.
- Progressive experience with cloud-based ERP deployments.
- Familiarity with AI
- Great attitude to learn and develop AI models.
- Cloud database and middleware technology experience
- Requires effective communication skills – both oral and written.
- Must exhibit people skills and should have a collaborative work style.
- Great attitude and willingness to learn and implement innovative technologies.
