About the role
- Deliver innovative solutions that improve productivity, safety, and cost efficiency.
- Be the trusted advisor for customer and dealer leadership.
- Own the relationship as the single point of accountability for the customer and dealer at the site.
- Understand the customer’s applications, needs, and future plans.
- Execute with urgency to meet site goals and resolve issues.
- Establish clear communication plans with all stakeholders.
- Gather customer feedback to shape new product introductions and continuous improvement.
- Anticipate business risks, escalate issues, and engage Caterpillar resources to ensure alignment and resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Previous site management experience
- Technical Excellence in mining application and operations expertise
- Extensive knowledge of Caterpillar products and services
- Project management experience
- Well-versed in Mining and Heavy Equipment industries
- Advanced English required.
- Strong problem-solving, influencing, negotiating skills
- Ability to analyse complex situations, evaluate options, and make informed decisions.
