About the role

  • Assists Analytics Team with implementing new products, new releases and software upgrades.
  • Responds to inquiries and requests from clients.
  • Supports users in product operation and maintenance.
  • Participates in analysis of client identified issues or problems which may require changes to software, procedures, or documentation.
  • Diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves common technical problems.
  • Escalates as per procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Typically 5+ years in digital operations or systems administration roles.
  • Proven experience mentoring junior team members.
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale system deployments and automation.
  • Familiarity with Cat Foresight backend and related infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools.
  • Extensive experience using APIs via Postman
  • Strong understanding of data integration and analytics platforms.
