About the role
- Manages on-site technology and operational support for customer solutions.
- Providing supervision and technical direction to a highly skilled team of technical specialists engaged in the deployment and support of mining technologies.
- Supporting product or product/process development which accomplish technology implementation and new product introduction objectives.
- Responsible for supervising the team as they implement the MineStar product suite (autonomous Command for Hauling/Fleet systems) at new customer sites including upgrades to existing MineStar customers.
- Effectively lead and manage the Implementation team as they engage in system configuration, solutions and coaching system usage to meet commercial contracts and mining business needs.
- Build strong relationships, influence direct dealer and customer connections during the scoping, quoting and supervision of the implementation of MineStar projects.
Requirements
- A technical degree and/or relevant mining systems experience through the implementation of complex technology systems, solutions and system optimisation/application and business support for large mining organizations
- Demonstrated leadership experience in team supervision or management roles
- Proven ability to engage and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, from mine site sponsors to senior management
- Strong customer focus and a team-oriented mindset, with the ability to build excellent relationships to achieve work goals
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
