About the role

  • Manages a team of product management professionals responsible to coordinate the program schedule, cost & budget, quality management, and communications & training for all products in the Cat Foresight & Cat Inspect portfolio.
  • Recruits and develops the best talent for the Cat Foresight & Cat Inspect product operations team.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to execute digital product strategic plans.
  • Builds, maintains, and delivers the program schedule for the 2030 Strategy work for Condition Monitoring, Inspections, and CVA Maintenance & Repair Management.
  • Plans, tracks, and coordinates annual budget & monthly cost management for the Cat® Foresight & Cat® Inspect portfolio.
  • Prioritizes & communicates quality issues, and develops & executes strategic quality improvement plans for all Cat® Foresight & Cat® Inspect products.
  • Develops communications for portfolio updates for internal & external stakeholders.
  • Develops & Delivers training materials for all Cat® Foresight & Cat® Inspect products.

Requirements

  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Expert knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
  • Effective Communications: Extensive understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
  • Software Product Technical Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of technical aspects of a software products; ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects of software products.
  • Disciplined execution and leadership in achieving targets – Demonstrated ability to: Define clear objectives and success metrics, Align and organize resources to deliver against targets, Communicate expectations effectively across stakeholders, Govern progress and ensure accountability for delivery.
  • Digital product management experience.
  • Technical experience developing & engineering digital products.
  • Program management experience.
  • Innovation experience with analytics and AI embedded workflows in digital products.
  • Field experience with Cat® Dealer operations (Sales & Services).
