Requirements
- Strategy development & execution: Experience leading, developing, socializing, and executing IT strategies and roadmaps.
- Relationship management: Collaborating and managing partner and peer relationships to achieve business outcomes by leading through influence and direct accountability in a matrixed environment.
- Customer-focused: Strong business and financial acumen, especially in Manufacturing, with a “customer back” mindset.
- Manufacturing Deployment: Breadth and depth of expertise in manufacturing concepts, processes, and systems.
- Ability and experience to follow a Go-See-Act process to assess manufacturing facilities for ERP capability stack.
- Software engineering & releasing: Designing and building technology solutions that strengthen the core business and pioneer the future with expanded offerings that grow services while fully utilizing the IT tools and functions available today.
- Data & information enablement: Unleashing the power of data insights to manage the business and improve business outcomes.
- Operational support: Supporting global, large scale manufacturing operations in a matrixed support structure 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Talent Management: Adept at leading and inspiring global, multi-sourced teams to deliver high quality, transformational capabilities.
- Communication: Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
- ERP Deployment Process Ownership: Delivering customer-back IT processes for optimum value at a unique manufacturing plant.
