About the role

  • Deliver Caterpillar’s Digital Salesforce projects from design, development, configuration to deployment
  • Manage own work assignments and coordinate work with others
  • Mentor and assist software engineers, providing technical assistance
  • Maintain high standards of quality within the team
  • Guide the team to develop structured application/interface code and user guides

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of professional experience as Salesforce Developer
  • More than one Salesforce Certification preferred
  • Solid experience with clients across cloud transformation projects focusing on at least 3 of the Salesforce major platforms (Sales Cloud /CPQ / Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud / Communities)
  • Proven experience with APEX, LWC, Visualforce pages, API programming, JavaScript, HTML, CSS or HTML5; integrating 3rd party applications into Salesforce
  • Solid understanding of relational databases, data governance, and management best practices
  • Experience with Agile Methodology or SDLC practices
  • Excellent command of English
