• Overseeing compliance with development processes and regulations for harness components.
• Investigating and troubleshooting all technical issues related to wiring harness components.
• Managing and negotiating with harness components suppliers for the development of systems and components.
• Mentoring drawing detailing, technicians and engineers in the design and development of wiring harness components.
• Drive innovation by adopting new technologies and materials for improved reliability and cost-effectiveness.
