About the role
- Assist in the creation of relationship and supply contracts
- Review contracts for compliance with established risk profiles
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support tender responses
- Identify and interpret existing contractual rights and obligations
- Recommend process improvements for improved contract lifecycle management efficiency and outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Understanding of customer needs and value drivers
- Applies critical thinking in decision-making
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word
- Understands and practices basic negotiation concepts
- Provides prompt responses to client requests
- Supports account management team to implement account strategy
- Confidence in using AI tools (such as Copilot)
- Prior experience in negotiating or drafting contracts
