About the role
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and advise on the suitability of approaches for communication efforts
- Track and analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal communications
- Assist in the planning and creation of content for employee communication channels
- Develop and distribute communications materials to division and enterprise stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or related experience
- Knowledge of the concepts, tools and techniques for effective listening and communicating
- Knowledge of techniques and media for internal communications
- Knowledge of multimedia publishing technologies and procedures
- Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources
- Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques
