About the role
- Lead a high-performing team of communications professionals
- Coach staff involved in any communication events or presentations
- Consult with senior leaders, managers, and employees on messaging using the power of words, images, sounds and multi-media
- Own internal employee communications including strategy, channels, tools, and messaging
- Develop and lead division communication campaigns
- Advise the organization on all aspects of communications
- Develop, edit, review, and approve communications materials
- Deliverables include communications strategies and plans, key messages, presentations, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field and/or equivalent experience
- Ability to create and tell stories through visual mediums (graphic design, video, etc.)
