About the role
- Analyzing metrics and data (via the Workday system) to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborating with leadership as an advisor helping identify and prioritize talent development initiatives
- Collaborate on lead professional and leadership development
- Acting as a trusted coach providing guidance to leaders and managers on Talent Development-related matters
- Serving as a thought leader for talent management programs and technology
- Ensuring effectiveness of programs and providing feedback to Centers of Excellence
- Partnering with the division change management team on talent management activities
- Leading team of talent management professionals
Requirements
- Knowledge of the organization's vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics
- Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies
- Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices
- Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data
- Talent Transformation: Knowledge of the concept and strategies of talent transformation
- Succession Planning: Knowledge of policies, techniques, methods and processes of succession planning
- Talent Management: Knowledge of how an organization attracts, recruits, retains, identifies and develops talent
- Training and Development: Knowledge of employee training and development methodologies
