About the role
- Understand and execute standard work to ensure risk and compliance
- Perform all administration, configuration, programming and development assignments without close supervision
- Work directly on complex application/technical problem identification and resolution
- Configure major system modules, programs, or integrate infrastructure components based on requirements gathered from customers
- Perform integrated testing and customer acceptance testing of components
- Fully knowledgeable of relevant programming languages (PowerShell, .net, C#)
- Perform implementation and integration tasks for medium-to-large, complex in-house developed systems and/or purchased software solutions
- Assist customers with documentation, training and usability efforts
- Develop automated processes for onboarding and secret rotation
Requirements
- Strong technical understanding of Microsoft Entra ID & Microsoft Azure B2C
- Six to ten years in development and support work
- PowerShell & Graph API knowledge
- Accredited, four-year Information Technology degree, a closely related technical degree, or equivalent experience.
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills; ability to deliver messages to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to balance customer experience and IT risk.
- High Level of customer focus with professional communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong technical skills and business acumen.
- Ability to think broadly and strategically balanced with high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizing, time management, and priority setting skills.
- Effective relationship building and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
