About the role
- Support the development of project proposals, plans, and detailed execution.
- Track program progress against schedules and goals, identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Prepare reports and updates for stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and corrective actions.
- Support facility procurement teams, as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing program outcomes and recommending enhancements.
- Operate and monitor the supply network procurement functions to meet the defined response time, cost, quality, and lean targets enabling optimal and efficient facility operations.
- Collaborate with business partners, IT teams, suppliers and resolve facility specific supplier issues.
Requirements
- Collaborating: Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and drive successful outcomes.
- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear and impactful presentations to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven capability to analyze complex challenges, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with Mach 1, an SAP system, and understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) as a core supply chain function for planning and knowledge of procurement processes.
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, including procurement-related activities and material planning.
