About the role

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and designers, to define and prioritize product features and requirements.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the product backlog, ensuring it is well-organized and reflects the product vision and goals.
  • Gather user feedback to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure the successful delivery of product increments.
  • Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.
  • Support the Product Owner in managing stakeholder expectations and communicating product progress and updates.
  • Assist in the development of product roadmaps and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify trends and areas for optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience designing or supporting the roadmap for an AI product which can include an educational program or internship
  • Understanding of AI technologies and concepts.
  • Ability to act as a liaison between business and technical teams
  • Assist with supporting or organizing the product backlog
  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using product management tools such as Aha!, Azure Dev Ops or similar is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform product decisions.
