About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, implement, test, and support AI-powered solutions for digital platforms, customer experiences, dealer ecosystems, and enterprise operations
Identify, evaluate, and de-risk emerging technologies through Proofs of Technology and Proofs of Concept
Document implementation patterns
Design and implement enterprise microservices
Enable API technologies and deploy Microsoft Fabric patterns using .NET skills to create AI agents
Develop mobile and web applications
Perform user interface and user experience design activities, including wireframing, prototyping, design-system work, design thinking, conceptual designs, and production-level designs
Develop data pipelines in Python
Investigate and resolve software defects through code or Python data-modification scripts using SageMaker notebooks
Use generative AI tools for software development, information gathering, defect triaging, and development of additional generative AI tools
Maintain existing mobile, web, and cloud systems and contribute to new program development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related degree; selected candidates must complete their degree by their start date
0-2 years of relevant experience related to this field; internships or academic projects are a plus
Minimum cumulative GPA requirement 3.0/4.0 (no rounding)
Experience through internships, personal projects, research, hackathons, student organizations, or coursework is highly valued
Knowledge of software development tools and activities
Knowledge of software development life cycle
Ability to design, develop, and maintain interfaces and linkage to alternative platforms and software packages
Knowledge of software product design, architecture, technical aspects, and testing
Sponsorship now or in the future is not available for this position
Successful completion of a drug screen required
