About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, implement, test, and support AI-powered solutions for digital platforms, customer experiences, dealer ecosystems, and enterprise operations
  • Identify, evaluate, and de-risk emerging technologies through Proofs of Technology and Proofs of Concept
  • Document implementation patterns
  • Design and implement enterprise microservices
  • Enable API technologies and deploy Microsoft Fabric patterns using .NET skills to create AI agents
  • Develop mobile and web applications
  • Perform user interface and user experience design activities, including wireframing, prototyping, design-system work, design thinking, conceptual designs, and production-level designs
  • Develop data pipelines in Python
  • Investigate and resolve software defects through code or Python data-modification scripts using SageMaker notebooks
  • Use generative AI tools for software development, information gathering, defect triaging, and development of additional generative AI tools
  • Maintain existing mobile, web, and cloud systems and contribute to new program development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related degree; selected candidates must complete their degree by their start date
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience related to this field; internships or academic projects are a plus
  • Minimum cumulative GPA requirement 3.0/4.0 (no rounding)
  • Experience through internships, personal projects, research, hackathons, student organizations, or coursework is highly valued
  • Knowledge of software development tools and activities
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle
  • Ability to design, develop, and maintain interfaces and linkage to alternative platforms and software packages
  • Knowledge of software product design, architecture, technical aspects, and testing
  • Sponsorship now or in the future is not available for this position
  • Successful completion of a drug screen required
