About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide prospective patients through onboarding — from initial inquiry through appointment booking

Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years in patient intake, telehealth, or patient-facing healthcare operations
- Demonstrated experience conducting patient consultations, intake calls, or appointment coordination
- Experience leading live patient-facing video consultations via Zoom or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with CRM, scheduling, or patient management software
- Experience handling medical insurance information and related patient inquiries
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and team communication tools (Slack or equivalent)
- C1+ English (CEFR) for client-facing patient consultations conducted by voice/video
- Background in US healthcare administration or telehealth operations (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with patient conversion, admissions, or healthcare enrollment processes (Nice-to-Have)
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience supporting high-growth healthcare organizations or startups (Nice-to-Have)
- Exposure to workflow optimization or process improvement using tools like Asana, Notion, or ClickUp (Nice-to-Have)
