Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience leading development teams in full stack environments.
  • Strong expertise in frontend frameworks (React.js, Next.js, TypeScript) and backend platforms (Node.js, NestJS, Prisma/TypeORM, PostgreSQL).
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure tools like Docker, GitHub Actions, Redis, Cloudflare, AWS, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of system design, caching strategies, scalability, and cloud-based architectures.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong knowledge of Git-based workflows, Agile/Scrum practices, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
  • A mindset for innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
