About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own day-to-day delivery of the Data & Analytics strategy
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Marketing, Product, and Commercial
- Partner with tech to own the click-side tracking
- Build attribution that bridges click-side signals with delayed conversions
- Model channel and deal performance across CPA, rev-share, and hybrid arrangements
- Proactively surface insights that change decisions
- Implement self-service reporting and Generative BI
- Oversee data architecture, models, lakes, and warehouses
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in analytics / BI, including 3+ years leading and developing teams at a senior level.
- Strong grasp of the affiliate data model
- Solid understanding of digital marketing measurement
- Proven experience leading BI / Analytics functions
- Hands-on technical depth - SQL and NoSQL databases, data visualisation (Power BI and/or Tableau)
- Working knowledge of Python and web analytics tooling such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding analytical and organisational skills
