• Manage accounts payable: vendor setup, payments, and communication.
• Process accounts receivable: timely invoicing and collections.
• Follow up on delinquent accounts and resolve outstanding balances.
• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time using ADP (or similar).
• Enter new hires, garnishments, deductions, and adjustments into payroll systems.
• Generate payroll-related reports and provide supporting data.
• Administer employee benefits and retirement plans, ensuring compliance.
• Audit and reconcile records for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local payroll regulations.
• Provide accurate, timely financial information to management.
