Growth Marketing Lead – Biotechnology

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the full marketing ecosystem across its brands and drive measurable, ROI-accountable growth
- Implement SEO across technical setup and content strategy
- Manage paid advertising focused on direct-to-consumer conversions
- Create organic content across platforms
- Achieve a minimum 3x ROI on paid campaigns
- Grow organic search authority for core brands
- Maintain a consistent multi-platform content cadence with scaling paid budget as performance is proven
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in growth marketing, SEO, and digital marketing with end-to-end ownership of the marketing function for at least one brand or product line
- Hands-on execution of both SEO (technical setup — tags, metadata, site structure — and content strategy) and paid advertising (campaign build, optimization, performance monitoring)
- Demonstrated 3x+ ROI/ROAS on paid advertising campaigns, evidenced by metrics on CV
- Proficiency with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and SEO tools for keyword research and site audits (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent)
- Experience originating and managing organic content across multiple platforms, including static social/imaging content
- C1+ English (CEFR) for client-facing strategic communication
- Experience managing marketing across 3+ brands or product lines simultaneously (Nice-to-Have)
- Health, medical, biotech, or life sciences industry exposure (Nice-to-Have)
- Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and marketing efficiency (Nice-to-Have)
- Founder, first-marketing-hire, or early-stage startup experience (Nice-to-Have)
- Direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing experience with documented conversion results (Nice-to-Have)
